Hi, I Am A 23 Year Old Male, In Okay

Hi, I am a 23 year old male, in okay shape who recently broke an arm and fractured the opposite wrist, I had surgery approx 3 weeks ago to set them and have slowly cut the painkillers out completely. But my resting heart rate is at 108, should I be concerned??
I also feel I should mention I have a benign cardiac arrhythmia.
