Hi I Am A 23 Yo Female And I Have

Hi I am a 23 yo female and I have been suffering with a stomach ache with some indigestion type symptoms such as bloating, passing gas and excessive burping and feeling nauseous. I have also been experiencing some back and muscle pain and noted sometimes I get tingling in my legs and a heavy/dizzy head when I am lying down or sitting still.
