Hi I Am A 24 Year Old Female And Started

Hi I am a 24 year old female and started to notice very big lump on the back of my neck between my shoulder blades so I decided to go in 2 + Urgent Care in my area because it started to bother me to the touch. Unfortunately the nurse practitioner that I seen was not very helpful to me and not very nice either told me that I was overweight and that I had lipoma and it was nothing to worry about but I feel as if it is something to worry about it isn't very small and it's starting to bother me painfully and appearance wise as well it looks awful. Just looking to find out what I should do.
