Hi, I Am A 24yo Female, For The Last Year

Hi, I am a 24yo Female, for the last year and a half I have been getting bad cramps, worse with menstruation but also mild cramps at other times, i have been investigated for endometriosis with a laproscopy which showed everything was normal. However the last 6 months every time I get aroused I get pelvic cramps and will bleed fresh blood +/- clots. I am seeing my ob gyn again in 4 weeks. I have looked all over the internet for answers and am still at a loss. Pelvic ultrasound and smears are all normal
