Hi I am a 26 year old male. I have had a hard object in my scrotum since I can remember and on and off it has caused me minor to severe crippling pain. So fun all as an adult I went and had ultrasound of my genitiles and it revealed I had an 8mm scrotal pearl. However even though I was in hunched over pain the urologist laughed and said pearls don't cause pain. So I guess he was also implying that I was missing work for fun, quite frustrating. Anyways can anyone tell me that it is impossible for a scrotal pearl of that size to cause the pain. Also remember I've identified this object with my pains for 20 years or more .
