Hi, I am a 26yr old female. I have a family hx of ovarian cancer on my mother's side for 3 generations. I have a cyst on my right ovary and have been getting pain again in my lower left abdomen area. My last blood results recently showed higher numbers for thyroid antibodies again as well as vitamin D deficiency. I am starting to get pain frequently on both sides now which i haven't had before and bleed after sex 4 out of 10 times. I have migraines at least 2x/week and nausea with those and even without sometimes. Just not sure which way to go if I should go back to my OBGYN or look for someone who can run some genetic tests to see if I am at a high risk for ovarian cancer. I know there aren't too many tests to detect it like there are for cervical. Thank you
