Hi I Am A 27 Year Old Female. I Keep

Hi I am a 27 year old female. I keep getting severe pain in my left foot in the arch and throughout the bottom of my foot that goes up my leg into my lower back. It happens when I work out and takes a while to go away. Today it's to the point I don't even want to walk. It started about 20 minutes into my workout today and has been like this for the last hour now. Any suggestions
