Hi , I Am A 27 Year Old Female And

Hi , I am a 27 year old female and I have a very large seborrheic keratosis on my ankle on the left leg . it has grown very large in size over the last few months and due to my son crawling has knocked it a few times causing it to bleed ALOT . since then after I shower it turns almost gooey like and tends to ooze a lot of liquid . there is also a very pugent smell coming from it . it has also gotten very tender around the keratosis under my skin so much you can see It swelling . is this now an infection or rotting skin ?
