Hi. I Am A 29 Yr Old Female. I Am

Hi. I am a 29 yr old female. I am currently taking roxithromycin (300mg daily) for a chest infection. I've been taking it for five days and have just started the second repeat. Some of my symptoms have improved noticeably, for example my fever seems to have gone, I have less phlegm (although it is still a little yellow), and am blowing my nose less. However, I still cough quite a lot (especially when I am talking) and I have noticed that I have slightly shaky hands today. Should I just continue with my second repeat of roxthromycin or go back to my GP?
