Hi! I Am A 31 Year Old Female, 120 Weight

Hi! I am a 31 year old female, 120 weight and 5'4 and I workout often

I've suffered from Pvcs and pacs for over 10 years now. They come and go when they come I'll get 1 to 10 a day. I'm normally really good at letting them go due to when they first came about I had a bunch of ekgs, holter monitors and an echo All showing a healthy heart beside a few pvcs

I worked out very hard on night after a few sodas ... I pushed harder then normal... When I stopped working out I got about 5 pvcs not back to back but spaces out a bit. This scared me. The pvcs came as my heart rate was trying to lower

This has now been a complete snowball effect. Im too paranoid to drive or do anything alone out of fear I'll drop dead or and up with pvcs that won't stop. Its actually causing panic attacks

I heard my echo from 10 years ago should still be good. Is this true? The pvcs still feel exactly like they always have. I just freaked out because of the recovery ones. Granted these came after a very hard cardio session followed by ab work. Maybe I was having a vagal type reaction. Any insight to rest my mind?
