Hi, I Am A 31 Year Old Female And I

Hi, I am a 31 year old female and I have been dealing with chest pain on the left side and pain under my left shoulder blade off and on for a while now. I do have anxiety and seem to be tense alot also. Well now I am having a cramping achey feeling in my left calf and my left forearm. I just can't figure out why I am only having problems on my left side. I also have been experiencine a tense neck and headaches.
