Hi, I Am A 33 Year Old African/Native American Female

Hi, I am a 33 year old African/Native American female and i'm 33 weeks pregnant. I noticed that there's 3 tiny holes in my right breast. The best way to describe the way it looks is...3 of my pores are open. It does hurt where the holes are located and i'm afraid of what this may mean. The size of the open holes are like as if someone poked me in the breasts with a pen. I have experienced having blackheads on my breasts in the past, but now i'm scared that the core of the blackhead has moved down too deep into my tissue. Help!
