Hi I am a 35 year old female and I've been having bad cramps almost like an ulcer where my stomach hurts so bad that it feels like a hole going right thru to my back. I went to the dr and he said that it sounds as if I've had some food poisoning. I have been experiencing some constipation as well and heartburn at times. And then I thought I've started my period but it stopped and it was only a little bit of blood and then dark spotting it all happened in 1 day. Can I maybe be pregnant?
