I am a 37 yr old female but not on my cycle. I have been cramping for the last two to three days and tonight it's intensified. It's in my lower abdomen and has subsided to the left side of my lower back. Can you help? I have taken a Motrin but that didn't help at all. So now I'm drinking lots of water and have a heating pad on my stomach.
