Hi, I am a 38 year old female, who drinks socially, and on occasion my shoulder blades will start aching terribly for about 30 to 45 minutes, and then it subsides. It has done this my whole life, well, since I was 21. It doesn't happen every time, but I have noticed it seems to happen more if I haven't eaten recently. I was wondering if you have ever heard of this, or would know what is causing this? I would just like to be able to loosen up with a drink if I want to, without having to go through this. Also, is there something I can do to prevent it?
