Hi! I am a 38-year-old woman who lives in constant lumbar back pain because of the large size of my breasts, and for the last year I have begun experiencing the symptoms of what I believe to be thoracic outlet syndrome. I am wondering what constitutes medical necessity with respect to breast reduction surgery. I can't live like this anymore.
