Hi, I Am A 39 Yr Old Female, Suffering For

Hi, I am a 39 yr old female, suffering for 7 years know with horrible pain and bloating, cramping, heavy bleeding, urinary and kidney infections. I recently had an MRI of the Pelvis with Intravenous contrast to diagnosis adenomyosis, which was confirmed. I was diagnosed with endometriosis at 22 through laparoscopy, which showed it was in fact on my bladder. I also suffer from stone disease. The findings stated, "The urinary bladder is underdistended, limiting its evaluation". What does that mean?
