Hi, I am a 39 yrs female, weight 70 kg who goes to gym 4 to five days a week. last night I felt some numbness on my left hand index finger, it feels like it is affecting all my fingers on the left hand, could this be a sign for a stroke or heart deaseas? do I have to seek professional medical attention?
