Hi, I Am A 40 Year Old Male And Historically

Hi, I am a 40 year old male and historically in good physical condition. I've been going through significant relationship stress causing much anxiety. When I run I get tightness in my chest around my sternum and it's a little hard to breathe. It dissipates quickly if I stop running. I feel my heart clunk with some regularlity (more lately) and I know I have a RBBB. I am taking wellbutrin and chlorthalidone. I've only started the chlorthalidone recently and wonder if it's related to that med. I am just generally more run down lately and my heart rate is notably higher (resting is usually <60 and it's in the high 70s low 80s lately). I seem to run a variable temperature off and on that's very mild but noticeable. I do have a family history of heart disease (father died of MI at 48) but I really don't think it's angina...more of a tightness, or constriction. Appreciate your opinion
