Hi, I am a 40 year old woman who's menstrual cycle has been down for more than a month. I normally go to my local health unit to get my birth control shot but due to the fact I suffer from high blood pressure the doctor said I was at risk an could not get my shot. What other alternative can I get because I feel like I've been bleeding for months
