Hi. I am a 41 year old female and have been experiencing pre menopause symptoms. I haven’t had a menstrual cycle since October. I have hot flashes everyday, multiple times a day. Is it safe to take the otc products to help the hot flashes? I’ve heard so many horror stories about any types of HRT. So I figured I would ask. I don’t currently have a dr or insurance.
