Hi, I Am A 43 Yr Old Female With Upper

Hi, I am a 43 yr old female with upper back pain that feels like bruising on the inside. It is not on the spine but about 2-3 inches on either side of it. I am not experiencing any respiratory issues. Hx: I have GERD and I take one OTC Nexium daily. I take 10,000 IU's of Vitamin D daily, I take 200 mg Magnesium every other day and 1,000 mcg of Vit. B (sublingual) every other day. I don't smoke, take drugs, or drink.
