Hi I Am A 45 Old Female With A Enlarged

Hi I am a 45 old female with a enlarged heart, 1 blood clots on each side of my lungs. And I am morbidly obese. I get tired and winded when I walk up about I have a city block. Even when I get in my car in takes me a minute to catch my breath. I get so depressed because of this. I know I have to loose weight. My husband is over weight as well. I not trying to make excuses. What can I do?
