Hi. I Am A 46 Year Old Female With Issues

Hi. I am a 46 year old female with issues in my lower bacl. I have 3 levels of buldging dics, moderate arthritis in my facet joints. spinal stenosis and swelling on both sides. I have been treating the pain with nerve burning (nerve ablivation) every 6 months and it was working. I just had my last procedure 2 months ago so I should not feel pain. This last week I have had 2 episodes of servere pain in my facets and today I feel a stabbing pain in my spine. Could this just be a spasm????
