I am a 46 year old male. I drink alcohol about 3-4 times a week and smoke 7 ciggarettes a day.
I have experienced chestpain for a few days, went to a doctor for TMT and ECHO. TMT came back as negative for inducible ischaemia/arrhythmia. ECHO shows enlarged left atrium.
Should I be worried? What does the tests indicates? What are the next tests that I should do? What medication should I be taking? What is my diagnosis?
