Hi I Am A 46 Year Old Women And I

Hi I am a 46 year old women and I have not had any sexual contact for over a year and 2 months.. I'm on meds for sleep disorders and anxiety... I do not have any STD's or STI's but I notice a mildew smell which comes from my vagina and gets worse closer too my cycle.. Could the meds I am on be causing a Ph imbalance causing this odor. Some days it is stronger then other days.. Thank you
