Hi: I Am A 46 Years Old Male 150 Lbs.I

Hi: I am a 46 years old male 150 lbs.I have been feeling chest pain on and off from about a month now. I had my regular annual done this month where I told my physician about the problem during my visit and he did EKG, Chest X-ray and blood work which came normal. He said not to worry. After week I also felt the pain my left arm, I will wake up from my sleep and feel my heart beating fast with some palpation. I checked my blood pressure which was at 144/94 and heart beat around 108 also l felt the pain my chest. I made another appointment with my physician again. He did another EKG and Eco cardio and said everything is normal my blood pressure was 115/73 in his office. He told me to take Prilosec. From last two weeks I have been checking my blood pressure which is between 115-120 on higher side and 82-90 on lower side. Also not much of chest pain.
Today again I felt the pain in my chest but blood pressure is normal around 118/79 and pulse at 89. Should I be worried about this on and off situation and consult with cardiologist? Thanks for your response.
