I am a 47 year old female who up until last week had never had a nose bleed. Now I have had 5 in less than a week. There has been quite a lot of blood released 4 of the 5 times. There is pressure in my sinus cavity behind my eyes. I have similar to a tension head ache up from my shoulders into the brain stem. The pressure was temporarily released after the nose bleed. I feel slightly nauseated, similar to minor vertigo. I do not have a cold or use drugs.
