Hi, I Am A 49 Year Old Woman. My Question

Hi, I am a 49 year old woman. My question is, can shingles bring on Parkinsonism symptoms? My symptoms have been going on since February. Burning pins needles pain in both feet and hands. In May I came down with shingles. The burning tingling pain has been increasing. Then in November I developed a tremor in my hand. I now have trouble with walking severe stiffness I feel that at times I lose my balance and I have muscle twitching in my chin and cheek. I'm also stuttering. I feel I have trouble getting my words out.
