I am a 50 year old lady, with no underlying medical Hx. Since this morning, I have upper sternum pain, right armpit pain and some pain when I breath. I been well with no significant illness leading up to this. No temp, no cold. Some referred pain down right upper arm. Pain about 4 out of 10.
