Hi. I Am A 51 Year Old African American Female.

Hi. I am a 51 year old African American female. I have been getting frequent tension in my left shoulder and down along the outside of my left arm. I thought it may have been due to the fact that I inadvertently sleep on my arms. Just a moment ago I experienced a tingling and numbness sensation in the same arm with the tension still there. What should I do?
