Hi I am a 51 year old female and just recently I have been having lower left back with a burning sensation in abdomen. Then as of today I had really severe stomach cramps and an urgency to have a bowel movement. When I had a bowel movement, there was a lot of bright red blood. Once I had the bowel movement, the symptoms went away.
