Hi I Am A 51 Year Old Type 1 Diabetic

Hi I am a 51 year old type 1 diabetic my blood sugars are under excellent control since beefing on the insulin pump I do however have cardiomyopathy and have a pacemaker and defibullator I see to be very light headed and sometimes feel as though I have chills and an aching body I feel very nervous and just generally don't feel well lately I feel as though I'm in a fog especellay after any sudden movements or semi strenuous activity...wondering what your thoughts are ....thank you for your time
