Hi, I Am A 52 Year Old African American Woman

Hi, I am a 52 year old African American Woman (I look 40 or younger), and my ankles have been swollen for the last 2 days. I have no other symptoms that I can think of. I used to walk about a mile 5 days a week and stopped for about a year - then I started back about 3 weeks ago. I get out of breath during my walks, but my ankles didn't swell when I started back.
