Hi, I Am A 53 Year Old Female Experiencing A

Hi, I am a 53 year old female experiencing a lot of problems. #1 I suffer from vertigo and almost pass out 3-4 times daily. My blood pressure drops drastically but normally I have high b.p. My neck is very stiff and I have tremors. My right side is completely numb and my left side is going numb. I have disc degeneration severely along with osteoarthritis. When I almost pass out I stare into space and everything becomes numb and I shake and I can't respond. I have some problems with swallowing and I have insomnia. I only sleep 3 hours a night. I'm on a CPAP but that doesnt help. Please help me.
