Hi I Am A 53 Year Old Male With Pain

Hi I am a 53 year old male with pain in my joints and muscles,trouble walking,fatigue , head aches,weak,loss of muscle, shortness of breath, palpatations. I have asthma, idiopathic progressive polyneurapathy ,cad,Ebv,sleep apnea,dr thinks I may have cfs also.had a recent lip biopsy for sjorgens.this has been the case since I had a stent in my heart in January and I haven't worked since and am getting worse.do you have any suggestions.
