Hi I Am A 53 Yr. Old Female Who Woke

Hi I am a 53 yr. old female who woke up about 3 days ago with pain in my left arm, specifically the bicep area felt strained and ached when I moved it a certain way. Today same feeling with my right arm and both are becoming more difficult to use as the day goes on. I can't hardly lift either arm. ibuprofen has not relieved the pain or helped ease my symptoms. Any suggestion on what to take?
