Hi I Am A 54 Yo F A/V Aortic Valve

Hi I am a 54 yo f A/V aortic valve replacement and aneurysm resection. I also had a type b dissection of my aorta with subsequent stent placement. I have familial hip. I take three meds for this. Current issue sometimes after sitting for a period of time I am having vertigo. This is accompanied by a burning type pain that starts in my abdomen then travels to my head and down my legs. Is this something I should make an urgent appt. With my pcp or surgeon. I also have small amt of burning in my chest on occasion.
