Hi. I Am A 55-year Old Lady. I've Been Taking

Hi. I am a 55-year old lady. I've been taking betablocker for almost 20 years now, and anti hystamine for 5 years (zyrtec for 4 years, then telfast 180 for the past 7 months), and i took tamoxifen for 4 yeas & have been on Femara for a year). Used to be a heavy smoker but bow i use 5-6/day. My BP has been normal then became a bit higher due to menopause (130/70 or 140/80). Only 5 days ago that my BP suddenly raised to 170/100 or 160/110 which forced me to take tritace 2.5 together with the beta blcker. It's usually 130/80 by the end of the day. It's accompanied with lasting numbness & headache. Please advise
