Hi, I Am A 56 Year Old Woman Experiencing Some

Hi, I am a 56 year old woman experiencing some symptoms asthma as well as dizziness (very spacey feeling...when I turn my head, it feels as if I'm in two dimensions...sort of like I have to catch up with where I began). I am okay lying down, but upon standing become nauseated. I end up vomiting w/diarrhea also. I'm wondering if my chest tightness has something to do with my head. I also have GERD & a duodenal ulcer. Currently, I am eating an anti-inflammatory diet and have done very well until now. Dramamine does not seem to help my nausea. Is all this related? Any suggestions that don't include medications?
