Hi, I Am A 59 Year Old Black Female. I

Hi, I am a 59 year old black female. I have ugh blood pressure and take Triamterene. I am normally controlled at 117/75. Recently I have missed my dose for several days. I have had a cold but that seems to be better. But I have been feeling strange. Heaviness in my chest, my heart beats funny, my arms feel weak and if I am too active I get tired and out of breath. I was thinking about going to the ER but thought it would be silly if it is not my heart. I sleep well and when I get up I feel fine until I start moving around. My blood pressure has been all over the place. 119/80 this am, 144/97 at noon then this evening 117/80. But I can not shake the discomfort in my chest and feeling strange, not myself at all.
