Hi; I Am A 59 Yr Old Woman Recently Diagnosed

Hi; I am a 59 yr old woman recently diagnosed with diabetes. I am taking HP medication, Estrogen, Anti depressents and Vit B & D; Omega 3 and probiotics. I am experiencing excessive fatigue, excessive sweating, frequent urination during the night, headache, pain of lower left abdomin and back ache. My blood sugers have been averaging 6.8 to 7.3. How can I deal with the fatigue and sweating?
