Hi, I Am A 60 Year Old Male. For Panic

Hi, I am a 60 year old male. For panic attacks I used to be prescribed Libotryp [1/2 Tab per night] and Serta[1 tab per day]. Now the doc has changed to a modern drug set: Stalopam 5 [1 tab per day] and Zolfresh 5 [1/2 per night]. Also, I have a skin condition on my hands almost since when I changed the medicine [dermititis type dryness] which gives acute fissures on fingers...mostly thumb and index fingers...Do you think it could be because of the medicines?
