Hi, I Am A 61 Year Old Lady That Has

Hi, I am a 61 year old lady that has been having what I call muscle spasms in and around my right ear and the side of my head for about 3 years now. I have went to many Dr.s and they don't know what to tell me. I have went to three different ENT's also with no answers. I have figured out myself that stress triggers the spasms. I also have migraines from "lights". I have to wear sunglasses outside and inside (except in my house) because it triggers the headaches. Iam on 100 mg of Topamax but am seeing my Neuriologist Monday & hoping he will up the dosage. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks! Darlene
