Hi. I am a 61 year old white male,135 # . I have not had a primary physician for many years, Just occasional contact with the local clinic.
Now I have a primary and have had basic blood tests. Diagnosed with an LDL level of 120. Prescribed oral pravostatin. I am also taking 500 mg oral naproxen for for joint and ligature aches/pains. (once a day)
Been using for about 20 days.
Am starting to experience some constipation, irregularity and changes in stool consistency in my bowel movement (I have been regular and smooth for years.) I have a new heaviness in my intestines. A few moments of unexplained nausea. More than normal gas, anxiety, anger and depression.
Is this just an adjustment period or, should I contact my primary?
