Hi, I Am A 63 Yr Old Female. Took A

Hi, I am a 63 yr old female. Took a hard fall on Friday evening. I have found places I forgot I had when I started moving around later that evening Everything is feeling better except my sternum. I am experiencing severe pain right where the top of my ribs meet. It is a constant pain. I already take Oxcontin & Lortab for severe Fibromyalgia and Arthritis so I can only imagine how bad the pain would actually be if not for those. I tried taking a muscle relaxer yesterday and it eased off. Stayed in bed all day Saturday & Sunday on a heating pad. Still having terrible pain in that area. My husband thinks I may have pulled that muscle at the sternum so I really don't want to go to the emergency room and they tell me I just pulled a muscle.

Any thoughts you have would be very much appreciated!!
