Hi, I am a 64 yo male. I live in MD. My sinuses are always plugged up, especially on my right side. I take nasal spray with HCL for the last three years and it helps. The past 3 months, my left eye, nose, and mouth are super dry, as if I have a cotton ball in my mouth. I started drinking more water, using biotene mouth wash, and eye drops. It helps. Now my left nose is starting to tingle and feels numb. This has been going on now for about two weeks. It is slight, but it scares me. Any ideas what causes it or what I should do? I have not gone to the doctor yet.
