Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi, I am a 67 year old UK male with high blood pressure. I have been taking Candesartan 8mg daily for four months along with Amlodipine 5mg, this drug I have been taking for five years. The Candesartan replaced Ramipril which was causing me to dry cough. I have recently experienced almost dry orgasms with very little sperm ejaculating at the point of orgasm. Sperm then seeps out of the penis for up to one to two mins after orgasm. Could this be the effect of taking Candesartan as I did not experience this problem when taking Amlodipine and Ramipril?
