Hi, I Am A 69 Year Old Female That Has

Hi, I am a 69 year old female that has been on anti depress med for 30 + years. I am taking Lexapro 10 mg daily. I retired this yr after 47 years in the medical field. I want to sleep all day......12-15 hours . I have no desire to do anything. Don't want to get dressed or go out. I have a pacemaker/ICD for 7 years to regulate irregular heart rhy. So I take heart medicine also. Bystolic/ Digoxin/ Spiro/ Pradaxa. My heart condition is managed well. But I do have a EF of 40 . Is it he depression or do I need a medication change ????
