Hi I am a 70 year old male on long term medication that includes tramadol. I recently strained my lower lumber region. Can I take paracetamol for pain relief as well as tramadol. My tramadol dosage is 100mg modified release caps I want to know what dosage of paracetamol I can safely take or not.
